A. The systems we use have labeled the set up fee as “Trial Period.”
Q. Why was I charged two days in a row for Advisory Counsel?
The set up fee is charged immediately when you sign up and the monthly subscription is charged the day after you sign up, so you will likely receive two receipts on successive days from PayPal.
Q. Does Evolvitas have access to my billing information?
A. No. PayPal keeps that on file, and we don’t see it. (There are exceptions for some of our longer-standing clients who have given us some billing info directly and not through PayPal.)
